Training Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refund/cancellation requests:
- For cancellation requests made 15 or more days before the training, the registration fee is fully refundable, minus a $15 processing fee.
- For cancellations requests made 14 to 4 days before the training, the registration fee is refundable, minus a 25% processing fee.
- No refunds are given for cancellations within 3 days of a training.
Refunds must be requested in writing via e-mail to training@mediatewnc.org.
Transfers:
While we don’t issue credit for future training, we may be able to transfer your registration to a different training if there is one that fits your needs. Please e-mail training@mediatewnc.org to inquire about transferring your registration to another date or event.
