“The skills learned in the mediation training have been super useful in both my personal and professional lives. Professionally I deal with a LOT of different people on a daily basis and some of them not so happy.  The skills in the training have allowed me to step out of the situation and really LISTEN to what is going on to come up with better solutions for all involved.  In my personal life it has helped me to STOP and LISTEN and not just REACT!!!  This has helped to deepen my relationships all around.”    -Elena Chu, Chief Operations Officer, LEAF
